Approved Training Provider
We are an independent assessment company that provides a one to one customised service that will meet your training requirements. We offer NVQ work based qualifications which recognises the skills and knowledge a person needs to do a job in the construction industry. The candidate needs to demonstrate and prove competency in their chosen role or career path.
Managing Director Mike O’Reilly has over forty years’ experience within the construction and education sectors and has built up a team a team of experienced internal verifiers and assessors who are qualified to deliver NVQ qualifications.

Mike is a member of Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (FCIEA).

At MGOREILLY Assessment Services we use the City & Guilds Learning Assistant e-portfolio to assess candidates.
The e-portfolio, Learning Assistant, enhances the learning experience for your employees. Using this system we can track performance, gather evidence, assess, quality assure and record.
As stated by City and Guilds :
" because our e-portfolio is already tried and tested, you can be more confident it meets reporting standards for auditors and regulators, like Ofsted and HEFCE"
NVQ Construction Management, Supervision & Trades L2 - L7
As a company we are accredited, and quality assured by Pearson/Edexcel to deliver levels 2 - 7 and in addition the NVQ L7 in Construction Senior Management (2019) will entitle the learner to apply for membership with Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). We are also a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO).

Pricing & Discounts
Prices are competitive and can be priced matched, discounts are available for group bookings and in addition, if you are CITB registered, you can claim from the CITB - L7/L6/L5 - £`1500, L4/3 - £1250 & L2 - £600 per NVQ, making the price of the NVQ cost neutral.

Grants
Skills & Training Fund Grants
We can also offer advice to companies who are registered with the CITB to apply for a Skills & Training Fund grants up to £10K for skills and training for small- or micro-sized employers and up to £25k for medium-sized employers.

CSCS CARDS
If you want to work in construction, you are going to need a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card providing assurance that you have acquired the necessary level of knowledge to operate safely on a construction site. It demonstrates that individuals have undertaken appropriate training and assists in demonstrating compliance with health and safety regulations. The holder of an NVQ will be able to apply for a CSCS card at the appropriate level.
